At TimeTailor, we use reliable Seiko automatic movements: NH35 and NH34. These robust movements are known for accuracy, durability, and ease of maintenance. Each movement is carefully regulated before assembly to ensure precise timekeeping.
Please avoid exposing your watch to strong magnets or magnetic fields, as this can affect the movement’s accuracy.
For watches created using our online configurator, the assembly process typically takes about 2-3 weeks.
If you request a fully customized watch via email, the lead time may extend up to 4 weeks to ensure every detail is crafted to your specifications.
Please note that shipping times within Indonesia may vary depending on the region. For international orders, kindly contact our customer service team for detailed shipping information.
The movement warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Does not cover damage caused by:
User negligence (e.g., dropping the watch)
Water damage due to crown not being properly screwed down
Opening or modification by unauthorized parties (non-official modders/watchmakers)
Your custom watch is crafted with great precision by the TimeTailor team. We provide a 1-year movement warranty from the purchase date to guarantee product quality and durability.

Covered:
Movement defects caused by manufacturing faults
Internal functional failures without external interference
Not Covered:
Damage caused by dropping
Water ingress when the crown is not securely locked
Broken glass, damaged case, strap, bezel
Watches opened or modified by third parties
Damage caused by improper use not following instructions
Claims Process and Documentation
Mandatory Requirements:
Customers must record an unboxing video that is clear and continuous (no cuts or edits) when opening the package for the first time.
This video serves as valid proof for warranty claims.
Warranty Claim Steps:
Contact us via official WhatsApp or email.
Provide the following:
Buyer’s name
Invoice number
Photos/videos of the damage
Unboxing video (mandatory, unedited)
Description of the issue
Our team will perform an initial verification.
If approved, you may send the unit back for repair.
Shipping Costs:
Round-trip shipping costs during the warranty claim process will be covered by TimeTailor.
Important:
The unboxing video must be clear and unedited. Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected, unless other verifiable and approved evidence is provided by TimeTailor.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the product. Claims made after this period will be considered void.
Return and Repair Policy
Returns are only accepted if the error is on TimeTailor’s side (e.g., incorrect product).
Repairs outside the warranty period or coverage may be done with service fees based on agreed estimates.
Returned items will be shipped back to customers via mutually agreed shipping services.

Warranty Claim Denial Policy
TimeTailor reserves the right to reject warranty claims if:
There is evidence or suspicion of user negligence.
The watch has been opened or modified by unauthorized parties.
Required documents (invoice, unboxing video) are incomplete.
There is bad faith or attempts to manipulate the claim process.
